Square Meditation Cushion – Buckwheat Filled, 5 Sizes

A wide, flat square cushion gives you a stable base for floor sitting, whether you're meditating, doing floor stretches, or just want a comfortable spot to sit and read. This one comes in five sizes and is filled with buckwheat hulls inside an undyed cotton cover.

Why you'll like it

• The square shape gives a wide, stable seat that feels grounded during longer sitting sessions.
• Buckwheat hulls shift and settle around you rather than compressing flat.
• Five sizes, from 14" x 14" up to 23" x 23", so you can match the cushion to your space or your height.
• Undyed cotton keeps a simple, natural look.
• A zipper closure lets you adjust the fill yourself.

• Cover: Undyed cotton with a zipper closure

What's included

• Cover Only: The zippered cotton cover in your chosen size, with no buckwheat hulls included.
• Buckwheat Hulls: The zippered cotton cover in your chosen size, filled with buckwheat hulls and ready to sit on.

How to adjust the fill

Unzip the cover and remove a handful of hulls for a softer, lower cushion, or add more for extra height and firmness. See our firmness and fill guide.

Good to know

Buckwheat hulls make a soft rustling sound as they move and add noticeably more weight than a foam cushion. Undyed cotton can vary slightly in color and texture from piece to piece.

Care

Don't wash the hulls. Remove the cover, machine wash it in cold water on a gentle cycle, and air dry. Full care guide
