Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum.

Processing time

We ship orders within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays ship the next business day. Custom logo and wholesale orders are made to order and ship on the timeline we confirm with you.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Orders ship from Newark, Delaware.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Delivery

Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location. Most orders arrive within a few business days after they ship.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, email us at orimonoelegance@gmail.com with your order number. We'll help sort it out with the carrier.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away. We can update the address only if your order hasn't shipped yet.
