Buckwheat Bolster & Travel Pillow – Undyed Cotton

This cylindrical buckwheat bolster works as a travel pillow, a neck roll, or a yoga and meditation prop. Natural buckwheat hulls fill an undyed cotton cover, so it holds a firm, rounded shape you can pack anywhere. It's handmade in small batches.

Why you'll like it

• A firm, rounded shape that supports your neck, low back, or knees
• Adjustable loft — add or remove hulls to change the firmness
• Undyed cotton cover with no added dye
• Compact enough to pack for travel, yoga, or meditation
• Handmade in small batches

Details

• Cover: Undyed cotton
• Fill: Buckwheat hulls
• Feel: Firm; the hulls shift and settle to hold a rounded shape

What's included

• One buckwheat bolster pillow, filled and ready to use

How to adjust the fill

Open the cover and add or remove hulls until the bolster feels right for you — more hulls for a firmer, higher profile, fewer for a softer one. See our Firmness & Fill Guide.

Good to know

Buckwheat hulls shift and settle with a soft rustling sound, and this bolster is heavier than a foam bolster of the same size. Most people get used to the feel within a few nights.

Care

Don't wash the hulls. Empty them out, wash the cover in cold water on a gentle cycle, and air dry. Air out the hulls now and then. See our Care Guide for more.
