Zafu Meditation Cushion – Buckwheat Filled, Tree of Life Print

A traditional round zafu in a Tree of Life cotton print, filled with buckwheat hulls and ready to use. The decorative print gives this cushion a distinctive look that works as well on display as it does in daily practice.

Why you'll like it

• The classic round zafu shape raises your hips so your knees can rest lower during floor sitting.
• A Tree of Life cotton print sets this zafu apart from a plain, single-color cushion.
• Buckwheat hulls shift and settle around you and hold their shape over time.
• Comes complete and ready to use, with the hulls already inside.

Details

• Size: 13" x 13" x 5" (diameter x height)
• Cover: 100% cotton, Tree of Life print
• Fill: Buckwheat hulls
• Feel: Firm with give, adjustable by adding or removing hulls

What's included

• 1 Tree of Life zafu meditation cushion, filled and ready to use

How to adjust the fill

If the cushion feels too high or too firm, open the cover and remove a handful of hulls; add them back for more height. See our firmness and fill guide.

Good to know

Buckwheat hulls make a soft rustling sound as they move, are noticeably heavier than a foam cushion, and can carry a faint natural scent. Because the print is applied to natural cotton, you may see slight variation in color between pieces and screens.

Care

Don't wash the hulls. Remove the cover, machine wash it in cold water on a gentle cycle, and air dry. Full care guide
