Meditation Cushion Set of 3 – Zabuton, Round & Crescent Zafu

This three-piece set gives you a full meditation setup in one order: a square zabuton to sit or kneel on, a round zafu for traditional elevated seating, and a crescent zafu shaped to cushion the backs of your thighs. All three are filled with buckwheat hulls in soft cotton covers, with a bonus bag of extra hulls included.

Why you'll like it

• Three cushions cover different ways of sitting — flat on the zabuton, elevated on the round zafu, or supported by the curved crescent zafu.
• Choose your zabuton size — 18", 20", or 23" square — to fit your space.
• A bonus bag of extra buckwheat hulls is included, so you can top off any of the three cushions later.
• Soft, breathable cotton covers on all three pieces.
• Handmade with care.

Details

• Cover: Cotton, all three pieces
• Fill: Buckwheat hulls
• Feel: Firm with give, adjustable by adding or removing hulls

What's included

• 1 Zabuton floor cushion, your choice of 18" x 18", 20" x 20", or 23" x 23" (about 9–10 lb of hulls, depending on size)
• 1 Round zafu, 15" diameter (about 6 lb of hulls)
• 1 Crescent zafu, 16.5" x 7.8" (about 2 lb of hulls)
• 1 bonus bag of extra buckwheat hulls

How to adjust the fill

Open any cover and add hulls from the bonus bag for more height and firmness, or remove some for a softer feel. See our firmness and fill guide.

Good to know

Buckwheat hulls make a soft rustling sound as they move and add noticeably more weight than foam. Give yourself a few sessions to adjust to the feel of each piece.

Care

Don't wash the hulls. Remove each cover, machine wash it in cold water on a gentle cycle, and air dry. Full care guide
