For the price I paid, I received a great bargain. Didn’t have to make my own pillow, I have changed sleeping on regular pillows as I am able to get better rest with buck wheat hull pillows. The weight is perfect for my arms and shoulders when changing the pillow cases…

Shoulder and neck pain relief
